Position: Full-time salaried, with benefits
Job Requirements: Provide consistent and accurate oversite of various financial areas of the company to minimizing errors and ensure timeliness of record keeping. A general knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is required to maintain reliable, back-office operations. Responsible for overseeing and reconciling financial transactions with the assistance of in-house tools.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions, Manage day to day AP and AR transaction, Update and maintain the general ledger as needed, Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system, Recording debits and credits, Knowledge of functions and process for weekly payroll.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience with ComputerEase ERP is a plus.

2-4 years of general / basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
