Job Description: The Support Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our support solutions, account profitability, employee development, quality assurance, driving revenue and client relations. Support Manager has direct reports in each geographical market, Support TLs, as well as Support Administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the client support team to ensure high-quality support delivery

Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and standards

Monitor team performance using KPIs and support metrics

Handle escalated client issues and resolve complex problems

Train, coach, and mentor support staff to improve skills and productivity

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments

Qualifications:
-
Associate Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
-
5 years experience in the industry including at least two years of supervisory or management experience
