We provide design, installation and support services to industry-leading clientele in fields such as Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Large chain retailers to name a few.

Position: Full-time salaried + commission, with benefits and company vehicle

 

Job Requirements: Ability to develop unique solutions and close deals. Travel with occasional overnight trips is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lasting relationships with our customers by understanding their needs.

  • Bring problem solving value with accurate estimates and detailed proposals that enable our company to deliver quality solutions.

  • Confidence to market TEAM Solutions reputation as a PERFORMANCE DRIVEN company and the BEST systems & services integrator in the industry.

  • Knowledge of Electronic Security (Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV) Required. Knowledge of Structured Cabling, IT, HVAC systems, building technologies and MEP plans & specifications is a plus

  • Develop and execute a plan in the chosen markets to meet/exceed booking goals.

  • Gain a complete understand of the solutions and products TEAM can offer our customers.

  • Seek to understand the needs and concerns of potential customers to develop personalized solutions.

  • Conduct cold calls to expand customer base while building relationships with prospective customers who are responsible for the decision-making process.

  • Negotiate complex sales opportunities

  • Determine market trends and develop sales plans to target opportunities and establish lasting relationships with key market influencers

  • Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities

  • Work with internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction and account management.

  • Learn to TEAM software tools associated with Unity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2-4 years of industry related sales/marketing experience

  • Successful experience in sales in the Texas market
