Position: Building Automation Engineer

Job Description: Deliver a complete control system design based on the contract documents and/or scope that is complete, accurate, approved, and in the budgeted time.  This approved design is the foundation for other building blocks; installation, programming, graphic development, commissioning, training and O&M’s.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop/design Building Automation Control documents that include drawings, wiring diagrams, system architecture per contract documents (plans/specifications)

• Produce accurate controls submittals that comply with contract documents

• Capture and update field changes and create as-built drawings

• Prepare accurate project documentation and manuals for system operation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Controls and Energy Management

• Experience in Visio or AutoCAD
