Position: Full-time salaried, with benefits.


Job Requirements: Deliver accurate estimates per contract documents with proposals that limit risk.


Key Responsibilities: Finding discrepancies, getting to answers, and the ability to lead others to accomplish the objective. Technically competent with the ability to work with engineering and consulting firms at times to resolve conflicts with documents or approaches. Strong risk management skills. Ability to interpret contract documents, then write proposals and review estimates to remove associated risks. Generate proposals for qualified projects. Responsible for the successful assembly of our estimated price and proposal for a defined scope of work or contract documents.


  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 years of experience in the building automation industry and estimating.

  • Strong Knowledge of contract documents and risk assessment.

  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks and duties effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
