Position: Full-time salaried + commission, with benefits and company vehicle
Job Requirements: Ability to develop unique solutions and close deals. Travel with occasional overnight trips is required.

Knowledge of Electronic Security (Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV) Required. Knowledge of Structured Cabling, IT, HVAC systems, building technologies and MEP plans & specifications is a plus

Develop and execute a plan in the chosen markets to meet/exceed booking goals.

Gain a complete understand of the solutions and products TEAM can offer our customers.

Seek to understand the needs and concerns of potential customers to develop personalized solutions.

Conduct cold calls to expand customer base while building relationships with prospective customers who are responsible for the decision-making process.

Negotiate complex sales opportunities

Determine market trends and develop sales plans to target opportunities and establish lasting relationships with key market influencers

Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities
-
Work with internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction and account management.

Learn to TEAM software tools associated with Unity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
2-4 years of industry related sales/marketing experience
-
Successful experience in sales in the Texas market
