Objective of the Operations Administrator:

 

This position plays an important role in the overall success of our company. An individual working in this position will be required to have good communication skills, computer skills, as well as excellent people skills.

Essential Job Requirements:

 

  • Basic computer skills are a requirement

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred

  • Manage data is spreadsheets and reports

  • Assist with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, data entry and preparing contract and project documents

  • Assist with project billings including understanding when to apply sales tax

  • Work with market Team Leaders to assist with admin functions of maintaining projects

  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications

  • Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously respond to customer correspondence

  • Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients

  • Help with shipping as needed

  • Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision

  • Multi-tasker with excellent time management skills is preferred

  • Assist in other duties as needed and directed
